In Season
In-season produce is fresher and tastes better, is sweeter and perfectly ripe. When fruits and vegetables have been naturally ripened on the vine or the tree and harvested at the right time, it will have much more flavor and nutrition. To buy in season means you are buying produce that is at the peak of its supply, and costs less to farmers to harvest and get to your local store.
